Family Life Health Clinic is now partnering with St. Mary’s of Michigan’s Center of Hope to provide free medical services to those who are uninsured, under-insured, or homeless, and those who need referrals for prescription and vision care, blood pressure and blood sugar screening counseling, health and dental care check ups, and mental health and substance abuse assistance. PLEASE BRING PHOTO I.D., SOCIAL SECURITY CARD, AND PROOF OF INCOME WITH YOU.
