Family Coalition:
Anyone is welcome to attend any of the coalition meetings; we welcome parents, guardians, community members, businesses, and agencies at any time! Dinner is provided as well as childcare, so in order to help us plan appropriately we do ask that you R.S.V.P ahead of time. Great Start To Quality Central Resource Center Lending Library:
At this time, we have books, Story Stretcher Totes, and Theme Boxes available to check out. Items may be checked out for two weeks at a time. Please call the staff at the Central Resource Center to check availability before you drive out to pick up the items; that may save you a trip. The number to reach us is (989) 492-7102.
If you are interested in checking out items and live in Clare or Gladwin Counties please give us a call and we would be happy to set up a drop off /pick up location in your area.
Use of the Lending Library is a free resource to child care providers and parents in Midland County. However, please know that there is a replacement cost for lost or broken items. Child Care Providers/Parents will be responsible for cleaning the items in the story stretcher packs and theme boxes upon returning them to the Lending Library. Items from the Lending Library may be checked out for 2 weeks at a time. To ensure availability, please consider reserving items for the weeks you would need them.
